Our next Senior Copywriter will be an integral part of our growing Content team, working with one of our industry-leading pharmaceutical clients.

  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team of UX designers, UI designers, product owners, and brand managers to to develop compelling content that effectively communicates to target audiences
  • Perform enterprise content audits and conduct reviews of existing applications and/or websites 
  • Conduct competitive analyses and prepare reports of findings and recommendations
  • Participate in stakeholder interviews and user validation tests
  • Create top-quality content – both original and adapted from existing resources – for various digital interactions including apps, websites, IVR systems, chatbots, text messaging
  • Create labeling and nomenclature systems for software and websites
  • Developing and enforcing editorial style guidelines for sites, including tone, voice, length, etc.
  • Reference and annotate assets according to mandated guidelines
  • Prepare assets for medical, legal, regulatory submissions to ensure project success
  • Participate in client meetings and provide support and solutions to ensure project success


  • 5+ year experience as a copywriter
  • 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or health-related industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, or Communications
  • Experience conducting research and performing audits
  • Appreciation and understanding of user-centered design principles
  • Outstanding writing and copy-editing skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-starter and ability to work independently
  • Creative thinker and problem solver
  • Detail-oriented and strong attention to detail
  • Strong self-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of AMA Manual Style, referencing, and Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review process
  • An understanding of health literacy and digital user experience principles
  • Knowledge and application of pharmaceutical and federal guidelines
